We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade products, artwork, and resources. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or custom-made, please review our return guidelines:

• Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on eligible physical merchandise (unused and in their original condition) within 14 days of delivery.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of Custom Artwork / Inquiry Products (such as the Custom Old Country Church Painting) and certain personalized or digital items, these sales are final and non-refundable.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

• Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.
