• Processing Time: All handmade and physical items (such as trays, signs, art kits, and books) are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Custom-created or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the inquiry process.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen shipping method.

• Local Pickup: If you are local to the Live Oak, FL area, you may select the Local Pickup option at checkout to pick up your order directly without shipping fees. We will notify you once your order is ready and coordinate pickup details.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
